Nigel manages event logistics and is the business’ “behind the scene’ coordinator, working tirelessly to ensures that catering set-up is efficient, all equipment necessary for execution is at events and load out is timely for event spaces to be cleared.

His long-standing purview in the creative art and digital worlds helps to guide branding of the business.



Together with the extended operational and service teams, Kerry’s has exposure to catering small, intimate private gatherings of visitors, local and international personalities, to large public functions in excess of 400 guests and every combination in between.

In fact, in March 2019, Kerry’s was entrusted to be the provider of choice to 1200 local and international guests for the Pan American Club Crew Championship 2019 Welcome Bar-B-Que held on the picturesque South Beach, Pigeon Point Heritage Park, Tobago.
