Kerry leads her kitchen and service team with a fierce resolve towards perfection.  Her corporate background in business process re-engineering and improvement across various industries added to her meticulous and driven personality gives her a unique approach to food service. She is dedicated to continuous improvement by exploring new trends, improved efficiency and better business operations.  

A common quip of hers to the team is 'delicious food, Caribbean warmth and professional service....always with a smile'.

 
 

NIGEL

Nigel manages event logistics and ensures that set-up is efficient, all equipment necessary for execution is at events and load out is timely for event spaces to be cleared. 

In addition, his passion in the creative and digital art guides the branding for the business.

 

 

 

Kerry's has exposure to catering small, intimate private gatherings of visitors, local and international personalities, to large public functions in excess of 400 guests and every combination in between.

In fact, in March 2012, Kerry’s was entrusted to be the provider of choice to 1200 local and international guests for the Pan American Club Crew Championship 2019 Welcome Bar-B-Que held on the picturesque South Beach, Pigeon Point Heritage Park, Tobago.
